1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using Green365, you state that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any clause, we recommend that you do not use our services.

2. Eligibility — people aged 18 or over

Green365 is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you state that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed.

3. Platform purpose

Green365 is a technology platform offering sports statistics and data, a space to create analysis bots with automated signals, and a marketplace where authorised users can offer signal groups. Green365 is not a bookmaker, does not operate fixed-odds betting, does not receive or broker betting funds, and is not a party to any bet placed by a user.

Green365 may display clearly identified advertising from bookmakers authorised by Brazil’s Ministry of Finance (SPA/MF), including affiliate links. This advertising is not a betting recommendation, prediction or guarantee of any kind.

4. Definitions — signals, bots and metrics

For these Terms:

• Bot: an automated mechanism that monitors sports-event data and compares it with statistical filters configured by the user or bot creator (for example, sport, market or odds range).
• Signal: an automatic notification generated when a sports event meets the statistical criteria configured in a bot. It only reports that a statistical condition was met; it is not a tip, guess, recommendation, consultancy or promise of an outcome, and has no relation to income, profit or yield.
• Units, win rate, balance and return: historical performance metrics expressed in abstract statistical units. They do not represent money, promised profitability or a forecast of future results.

5. Informational nature — responsible play

The information, statistics, signals and tools provided are exclusively informational and analytical. Signals and performance metrics are not investment advice or a promise of profit. Any betting decision is the user’s sole responsibility, including the resulting financial risks.

• Betting is not an investment or source of income. It can cause addiction and financial loss.
• Play responsibly and in moderation. Never bet money needed for essential expenses.
• Authorised bookmakers provide limits and self-exclusion tools; use them if needed. If gambling is affecting your life, seek specialist help.

6. Accuracy of information

Green365 does not guarantee the truthfulness, timeliness or accuracy of displayed data, including data related to bots or signals supplied by third parties. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

7. Marketplace — rules for group sellers

Users who offer signal groups in the marketplace must:

• Not promise, suggest or guarantee profit, income, easy winnings or recovery of losses in the group, description, images or any communication.
• Not present betting as an investment, source of income or alternative to work.
• Not target content at people under 18.
• Not promote bookmakers that are not authorised by the SPA/MF.

8. Limitation of liability

• Green365 is not responsible for financial losses, damages or any consequences arising from use of its tools, data or bots.
• Bots and signals offered on the platform are the sole responsibility of their creators or sellers.
• Green365 only provides the technical marketplace and does not guarantee functionality, support or performance.

9. Subscriptions, guarantee and refunds

Subscriptions are charged recurrently according to the selected plan and may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the current cycle ends. New subscriptions have a seven-day guarantee; within that period, the user may request a full refund through support.

10. Intellectual property

All rights to the platform, layout, brand and features belong to Green365. Copying, reproducing or using any content without formal authorisation is prohibited.

11. Privacy

The collected data is processed according to our Privacy policy.

12. Termination

Green365 may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice, especially for breaches of tax, behavioural or commercial rules.

13. Applicable law

This document is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the court of the district where Green365’s legal representative is domiciled.
