1. Who we are (Controller)

Green365 is a sports-statistics and automated-signals platform for people aged 18 or over. For LGPD purposes, Green365 is the controller of personal data processed on the platform. For questions or requests, contact the email in section 10.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number and password (encrypted by our authentication provider).
• Social-login data: when you use Google or Apple, we receive your name, email and account identifier according to your permission with that provider.
• Integration data: Telegram and/or Discord chat identifiers when you connect those integrations to receive signals.
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Marketplace seller data: identity and bank-account or PIX details collected by the payment provider for payouts and KYC verification.
• Usage and navigation data: pages viewed, preferences, access source (UTMs), cookies and device identifiers.

3. Purposes of processing

• Create and manage your account and authentication.
• Provide the contracted services: statistics, bot creation, signals (including through Telegram/Discord) and marketplace features.
• Process payments, subscriptions and seller payouts.
• Provide support and communicate material service changes.
• Measure audience, improve the product and run Green365 marketing activities.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data to perform the contract (providing services), comply with legal or regulatory obligations, pursue legitimate interests (platform security and improvement, fraud prevention) and, where applicable, based on consent (for example, marketing communications and non-essential cookies).

5. Data sharing

Green365 does not sell personal data.

• Infrastructure and authentication providers (for example, Google Firebase).
• Payment provider (Stripe) for charges, subscriptions and payouts.
• Messaging platforms (Telegram and Discord) when you connect integrations.
• Analytics and advertising tools (for example, Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok), according to cookie settings.
• Public authorities when required by law or a competent authority.

6. International transfers

Some providers listed above may store data outside Brazil. In those cases we adopt appropriate contractual safeguards under the LGPD.

7. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes of this Policy and our legal obligations. We use technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or improper alteration.

8. Your rights (LGPD)

At any time you may request confirmation that data is processed; access, correction, anonymisation or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be made through the channel in section 10 and will be answered within legal deadlines.

We use essential cookies for platform operation and, with your acceptance, analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
